During the set up of my website I have taken a number of steps to help ensure the security of your personal data when ordering from me.
I use the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which ensures that any communications between your computer and myself is unreadable by anyone else. Your payment details are communicated in a secure encrypted format and are only decrpyted once they arrive at my office.
Most browsers have some type of indicator to let you know if you have established a secure connection. NETSCAPE famously has the little padlock in the bottom right corner of the screen for example. If you are not sure, then consult the help section of your browser. You will notice that any pages on my site which ask you to enter personal information will have https rather than http in the address bar. The "s" stands for secure!
I am fully signed up to the data protection act and will not use your personal information for any purpose other than processing your order.
